THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical International Logistics Intern to support our team in improving visibility and accuracy of trade terms across our global operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to international logistics, customs considerations, and supply chain data management within a fast-paced environment.
This position is for May 2026 - August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Incoterms Documentation
Review, validate, and document current Incoterms used with all suppliers and customers
Identify inconsistencies or gaps in contractual trade terms
Maintain a centralized and structured database of Incoterms
MRP Data Management
Update and standardize Incoterms and related logistics parameters within the MRP system
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements
Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives
Cost Scenario Analysis Support
Assist the International Customs & Logistics Analyst in evaluating transportation and duty cost scenarios
Support analysis of different shipping modes, Incoterms, and trade routes
Help build and maintain cost models and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to validate information
Support communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders when required
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis); knowledge of Power BI is an asset
Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade concepts is a strong asset
Ability to manage data, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Strong communication skills in English (French is an asset if applicable)
