We are looking for a full-time Logistics Intern to work in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and support the needs of our Logistics team.

What you'll do: :
• Assist the team in identifying and working on internal logistics improvement projects

• Find the best and fastest way to resolve everyday logistics challenges, such as shipping delays and customs

• Directly work with carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS) to manage issues

• Do root cause analysis to continuously improve our logistics operations

• Work with other teams (such as Sales, Quality, Sourcing) to make sure we can deliver the best service to our customers

• Help design a scalable logistics network across our global network of suppliers and customers

• Coordinate the inbound/outbound of orders at our in-house warehouse which consists of tracking, scanning, receiving, weighing, measuring, opening, inspecting, removing paperwork, repacking, relabelling, and shipping out using various couriers

What it takes: :
• You are enrolled at a Dutch/EU university [OR: Dutch/ EU educational institution] as 3rd/4th year student for, a HBO, Bachelors or Master’s degree

• You are native/fluent in English

• You are an exploratory learner

• You have problem-solving skills and data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, etc)

• You use your confidence and communication skills to get the information you need from internal stakeholders

• You are excited about gaining hands-on experience

• A “can-do” mindset and willingness to jump into action

• Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders

• Attention to detail and data-driven mindset

• Ability to multitask and rapidly prioritize your responsibilities
