Logistics Data Analyst - Mandarin Support

Trax Inc. provides cloud-based solutions and services to automate and manage freight invoice auditing and payment processing for buyers and sellers of logistics services. The Trax platform enables companies to optimize supply chain performance through greater visibility into their logistics ecosystem and predictive analytics based on over one billion logistics transactions from all industries, modes, and countries. Trax operates on a global scale with offices in the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Europe. 

The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. 

Responsibilities:

Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.

Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.

Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Should be able to read, speak, write and converse in Mandarin and English languages.

You are a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year course in Finance, Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce or any related courses.

You have 2+ years experience building customer relationships

You have intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel

You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a big plus

You like multitasking and have demonstrated effective management of simultaneous, diverse projects.

You are comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information and can turn facts and figures into a meaningful story for the customer.

You want to gain real world experience in the logistics and supply chain industry to develop your business analytics skills.

You are an independent problem solver and like to get to the root of the issue by cleaning up bad data.

You are willing to be assigned in the Swing Shift (12:00nn - 9:00 pm, PH time)
