Main Job Responsibilities:
Included but not limited to:
Efficiently managing all facets of the office operations including filing, communication and scheduling;
Implementing daily log to report on daily terminal activity and efficiency;
Controlling inbound and outbound loads including, but not limited to issuing paperwork to carriers;
Regular email and phone correspondence with terminal customers;
Coordinate and organize the timely flow of customer orders to and from our facilities
Oversee and execute the complete order handling process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency
Track, measure and report regularly the status of customer orders
Coordinate deliveries with customers to ensure their processing times are met
Inventory management and coordination to ensure goods are moving in and out of our facilities in a timely fashion
Enhance customer service experiences with CN Worldwide Distribution Services by communicating effectively with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery
Candidate Profile:
**This is an entry-level position, ideal for new graduate who would like to dive into a supply chain and logistics role.
Post Secondary Education
Bilingual (French and English)
Supply Chain/Logistics education a bonus
Administrative/Customer Service experience an asset
Transportation/Logistics experience an asset
Must be willing to travel; Must have access to a vehicle
Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
Able to pass pre-employment Criminal Background Check
Required education:
High School GED
