Your Role:

For our Operations team we are on the lookout for a Logistics Associate who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Logistics & Transportation Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Oversee vehicle preparation (cleaning, inspection, readiness).
• Maintain accurate fleet documentation and records.
• Monitor fleet condition, ensuring operational excellence.
• Perform reporting and KPI management for fleet performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize daily operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in fleet operations, logistics, or customer service (experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and high operational standards.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance processes and basic technical knowledge will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with fleet management or CRM systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to daily challenges.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
