Logistics and Supply Chain (Recent Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team! If you are looking to be part of an international company and kick-off your professional career this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of an outsourced warehousing provider, ensuring accurate communication regarding incoming and outgoing materials and inventory control;

• Assist in organizing shipping processes from suppliers to the warehouse or directly to project sites (ex-works deliveries);

• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical teams to coordinate shipping and warehousing activities;

• Raise purchase requisitions in the ERP system according to instructions from the Purchasing Department.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management for example) or Management;

• Good command of English (spoken and written);

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
