Logistics and Export Compliance Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics and Export Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team in Houston. This is a key role where you’ll coordinate global shipments, support customer deliveries, and ensure export/import compliance runs smoothly from start to finish

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and timelines.

Manage shipping, receiving, customs clearance, and export/import documentation in line with compliance regulations.

Track shipments from facility to destination, providing updates and resolving any logistics issues quickly.

Support contract administration, delivery note management, and reporting for export licence usage and audits.

Inspect returned rental equipment, record discrepancies, and raise notifications for missing or damaged items.

Procure warehouse supplies and parts while helping maintain an organised, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

What experience you'll bring:

Experienced with Logistics control and track record with import and export compliance

Previous administrative experience, preferably in a technical environment

Ability to operate a forklift.

Ability to prioritise workloads to meet different deadlines with strong attention to detail
