Responsible for leading the development of Project and Program Management within Asia Logistics Operations, ensuring strategic alignment to drive effective and efficient delivery performance. Lead Asia logistics operational transformation across enterprise systems such as ERP, OTM, and GTM to significantly enhance process flow, cycle time, cost efficiency, and service performance. Develop and mentor team members to foster strong collaboration and innovative solution creation. Support and promote employee engagement in safety, health, CSR initiatives, and other company activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Logistics Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Drive adoption of Asia Logistics, warehouse and transportation best practices, including digital logistics, automation, visibility tools, cost management programs, ERP (Oracle Cloud), OTM/GTM, and WMS.
• Partner with IT Global teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that optimize logistics and transportation operations.

2. Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement

• Lead Asia Logistics operation performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service quality.
• Make informed and timely decisions, challenge the status quo, and address complex or difficult issues as required to ensure delivery of results

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate among Global COE, Manufacturing, IT, and Senior Leadership to define end-user requirements, align project priorities, and deliver key milestones for new implementations and enhancements.
• Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as with key customers. Gather, analyze, and communicate end-user feedback to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

4. People Leadership & Talent Development

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization and with key external partners.

5. Safety, Compliance & Corporate Programs

• Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance within the team.

Support and actively participate in company initiatives, including CSR, 6S, BCM, and other related programs.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably with Supply Chain & Logistics field.

SKILLS:  

• Experience with Project & Improvement Management.
• Excellent English communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in ERP Oracle Cloud, OTM/GTM, WMS, and automation tools
• Advanced MS Office and Power BI reporting/ dashboard skills
• Influencing skills to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional teamwork.
