POSITION: Logistics Analyst – L-DART II & DMSMS

LOCATION: Albany, GA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Experience: 5+years of related experience with supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using L‑DART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics

Must Haves: Extensive experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability.

Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements

Skills: Relevant DoD acquisition, logistics and inventory experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Client Familiarity: USMC

Tools Familiarity: L‑DART II, DMSMS, DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU acquisition, logistics and sustainment courses

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using L‑DART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics

Leads Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability

Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses

Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders

Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
