The resource will support logistics management and distribution processes for sales products.
Main Activities:
• Support in the operational management of shipments (national and international).
• Monitoring the performance of external suppliers and internal flows (KPIs).
• Collaboration with the team for inventory management and needs analysis.
• Use of the company's ERP system for order entry, traceability, and inventory control.
• Analysis of logistics data for process improvement (dashboards, reporting).
• Interaction with warehouses, transporters and customer service department to ensure efficient flows.
• High school diploma with specialization in logistics or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong MS Offices skills, especially Excel
• Knowledge of data visualization instruments (Power Bi, Tableau) will be considered as a plus
• Precision and attention to detail - Analytical skills and data orientation
