• Provide administrative support task handling for OGC Downstream Inspections AU & PNG (OGC-Trade) management across all distributed systems and collaborative processes.
• Monitor OGC-Trade’s MS Teams Channels, ensuring all status tracking records and supporting clerical functions are up to date.
• Support existing GBS remote resources with task handling, data management and communications.
• Support existing FBT remote resources with OGC-Trade specific task handling, document processing, data entry and/ or status updates.
• Providing generalized clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators including support for existing GBS and FBT processes for non OGC-Trade business units.
• MS365 Office Apps User: Data entry and clerical support for key shared files and directories using Excel, Word, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Oracle user: BOSS Order Management (BOSS-OM) processing including frontloading orders, order header attachment management, header and line-item data entry and submissions/ bookings
• Finance Billing Team – AU (FBT) Support: Ensuring all clerical and supporting actions (including data entry, file management, troubleshooting procedures and communications) required by FBT on the part of OGC-Trade side have been actioned within 48hrs (either by direct task handling or using Teams prompt methods directed to the task owner)
• OGC-Trade P&L Support: Support monthly profit and loss tracking processes with clerical assistance and collaborative troubleshooting
• SIR User: Provide data entry and work order updates via SIR to ensure clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators order tracking is up-to-date daily
Profile
• Minimum four-year university degree from an internationally accredited institution.
• A minimum of one-year data entry, management and verification experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence
• Foundational level skills as MS365 Office Apps user (including SharePoint and OneDrive).
• Intermediate level skills as MS Teams and MS Excel user (additional Odyssey Training to be provided)
• Foundational level skills as BOSS-OM user
• Familiarity with SGS-Global browser-based platforms (i.e. ServiceNOW, iProc/ iExp, SIR, SAT, SOL)
Specific technical skills:
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Typing speed 70 wpm and 8,000 kph
• Must be able to read, know and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
• Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Reliable, accountable and oriented for teamwork and collaboration.
• Clear, concise and positive communicator.
• Highly organized, attentive and responsive.
• Adaptable for ad hoc troubleshooting scenarios.
