Working Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered.
Job Overview
Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5 or Band 6 Audiologist to join the adult audiology service at NHS Forth Valley in Stirling. This is a flexible opportunity offering either part-time or full-time hours, ideal for a clinician with a strong background in routine adult audiology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality hearing assessments and fittings, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Provide routine adult hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings.
• Deliver patient-centred care and support throughout the hearing aid journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider audiology and ENT teams.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and national standards of audiology practice.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Hold a recognised qualification in Audiology (e.g. BSc in Audiology or equivalent).
• Be registered with either the HCPC or AHCS.
• Have experience in routine adult hearing aid work.
• NHS experience is desirable.
• Be confident in managing your own caseload and working independently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
