Position Title: Requirements Analyst (Systems requirements analyst)

Location: Vienna, VA

Duration: 6-12 Months

Interview : Phone and In person required by the client

Requirements:

Must have minimum 8 years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst

Must have solid communication and collaboration skills - partner with business area, developers and testers.

Must have experience developing and presenting use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, state diagrams, context diagrams, RTMs, and system requirements. Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) a plus.

Experience with banking and/or financial experience desired.

Candidate must bring samples of their work (narrative and process flow) to the interview.

NOTE: We need resumes with seasoned Business/Systems Analysis experience, rather than the mix of PM, test, ops and a little business/systems analysis. Candidates that do not indicate depth and seasoned experience will not be selected.
