We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who can bridge strategy and execution across local SEO, off-page, on-page, and tech seo knowledge. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on advanced Local SEO projects requiring GMB management, local citations and strategic website optimization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and practical, able to design scalable roadmaps and execute optimizations that improve local 3-pack rankings, CTR, local visibility, and authority, always aligned with brand voice and audience needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
SEO Strategy: Define and lead SEO strategies aligned with business goals, turning them into actionable implementation plans for local SEO environments and the website. Provide direction to content and performance teams to ensure optimization efforts are consistent, cohesive, and impactful.
SEO Implementation & Execution: Execute ongoing local SEO and on-page optimizations, from creating optimized location pages in GMB to managing business listings and citations. Conduct Local audits, apply CTR-focused enhancements in the website if needed, and leverage AI automation to execute website optimizations. Build authority through backlinks, digital PR, and partnerships with relevant sites and publishers.
Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze SEO and Local performance, using AI insights to refine strategies and report on KPIs. Drive optimizations based on keyword research, competitor analysis, and tracking the impact of link-building and local efforts on rankings and traffic.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, co-create initiatives, and identify growth opportunities that support client and business goals. Collaborate with content and performance strategists to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
Innovation & Quality: Stay ahead of SEO trends and best practices, building relationships that boost brand visibility. Champion innovation by adopting new technologies and AI tools, while refining workflows to deliver scalable, high-quality results.
This Job is for You if:
🔍 You have 4+ years of hands-on Local SEO & strategic website projects experience.
🗣️ You have full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
📍 You’ve successfully optimized Google Business Profiles and managed local listings/citations to boost visibility in local search and map packs.
🌐 You’re fluent with Local SEO & Analytics tools like GMB, Brightlocal, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Moz.
🔑 You’ve driven local keyword research and content strategies, and have to improve rankings.
🔗 You have a proven track record of executing local citations, link-building, digital PR, and local authority campaigns that increased organic traffic and local pack performance.
📈 You’re results-driven: you track performance, extract insights from data, and continuously optimize strategies.
🤝 You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, working seamlessly with content, business, and performance teams.
🤖 You’re curious, adaptable, AI-savvy, and always bringing innovative ideas that drive improvement.
Bonus Points if You:
Are familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Have an understanding of HTML structure.
Are already experimenting with various AI tools for SEO.
Have experience with Chatmeter.
Have experience working with brands in the hospitality/multi-location restaurant industries.
You’re fluent with WordPress (and Elementor), Screaming Frog, and Semrush.
You have experience with local schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Speakable, etc.)
Are familiar with reporting in Looker Studio.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
