Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Local Marketing & Engagement Assistant to support CompNet AZ’s marketing and event operations. This role is focused on tasks that require local presence, including content recording, relationship-building with instructors, and distributing promotional materials across academies.

Mission

To support CompNet AZ’s marketing and operations by capturing local content, strengthening relationships with instructors, and ensuring effective distribution of promotional materials throughout partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

Record short videos with competitors and instructors to promote upcoming events.

Publish one weekly post highlighting past events.

Publish one weekly post promoting the next event.

Send one weekly email to the CompNet mailing list.

Submit all captured content to the central marketing team.

Distribute posters and printed materials to partner academies.

Help reinforce important messages via instructors' WhatsApp groups.

Collect common questions from instructors and students and relay them to the CompNet team.

Assist with small communication and organizational tasks as needed.

Attend a weekly in-person meeting with Nívian.

Requirements

Ability to use a smartphone effectively for photos and video recording.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Enjoy interacting with instructors, students, and the community.

Availability to be at the office once per week.

Comfort with Instagram and social media platforms.

Fluent in Portuguese (BR) and English
