Lobby Lounge Server - Full Time

As a Lobby Lounge Server, you will be a key ambassador of one of Vancouver’s most iconic social destinations. The award-winning Lobby Lounge & RawBar blends glamour and comfort, offering an elevated dining, cocktail, and entertainment experience that reflects world-class hospitality. What you will be doing:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
• Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
• Confidently present and serve food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, sake, and RawBar selections
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and storytelling around cocktails, menu items, and live entertainment
• Execute proper service standards, including order taking, table maintenance, and payment processing
• Collaborate closely with bartenders, culinary teams, and hosts to ensure seamless service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment at all times
• Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety standards, and brand service rituals
• Support special events, live music nights, and high-volume service periods

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume lounge, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, wine, sake, and premium beverage service
• A confident, professional, and guest-focused approach to service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Serving It Right certification
