Job Description

Overview

This is a newly created role designed to improve efficiency by preparing loan files before they reach the closing stage. It acts as a bridge between underwriting and closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review loan files prior to approval

Identify and collect required documentation early

Communicate directly with borrowers to obtain needed items

Coordinate with underwriting and closing teams

Ensure files are ready for closing immediately upon approval

What They’re Looking For

SBA 7(a) experience required (for senior level)

Strong understanding of loan structure and requirements

Ability to proactively manage files and follow up with borrowers

Strong communication and organizational skills
