Job Description

Our client is looking for a Loan Processor II to join their team. This position will be working for a reputable bank in the Franklin, Tennessee area. Looking for someone that has worked with commercial loans.

This job will be responsible for;

-Reviewing and preparing loan packages and documentation following underwriting guidelines, policies and compliance guidelines.

-Performing dual control by checking the bank's servicing system and new loan maintenance reports to confirm information on the system, represents the signed documents and accurate loan data.

-Processes payments, draws, loan funding, construction draws, wires

-Prepares loan documentation file and credit files

-Files and scans documents to appropriate loan/credit files

-Ensures all title issues are met and that the loan is properly recorded

In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the job responsibilities. The ability to interact well with other and work in a team environment is a must as well as establishing goals and work priorities.
