ABOUT THE COMPANY:

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor who can drive every deal from fact find through to settlement without broker involvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Onboarding: Send fact find and document requests
• Document Collection: Chase and verify all required documents
• CRM Management: Maintain Broker Engine records and pipeline
• Application Prep: Data entry and submission notes
• Client Communication : Provide updates and follow-ups
• Submission: Lodge deals with lenders
• Lender Management: Follow-ups and conditions management
• Settlement: Coordinate files through to completion
• Pricing & Valuations: Run pricing requests and order valuations
• Dropbox & Files: Manage Dropbox and document organisation
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in Broker Engine — required, used daily for CRM, pipeline management and AOL lodgement
• AOL proficiency to a high standard — must be able to lodge and manage applications independently without broker oversight
• Exposure to NMB aggregator compliance software advantageous (niche system, rare but valued)
• Credit awareness without being a credit analyst — able to identify red flags such as payslips missing YTD figures, bank statements outside acceptable age, or other document issues
• Highly organised with ownership of the pipeline — proactively keeps all files moving through stages without being prompted
• Capacity to lodge 1–2 applications per day (CRM and AOL) while managing all WIP files concurrently
• Excellent communication skills — liaises with bank assessors for MIRs, chases documents from clients, provides status updates, and coordinates with conveyancers on settlement matters
• Proactive problem-solver — anticipates issues and acts to keep deals progressing
• Attention to detail — broker should not need to check work before submission
• Strong time management — able to juggle and prioritise multiple files simultaneously
• Process-driven approach to file management
• Personable and client-centric — comfortable dealing with clients and bank contacts
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision
