Position: Loan Processor

Salary: PHP 60,000 to PHP 80,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 9am-5pm Melbourne, Australia time

Holidays: Australian Holidays

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an End-to-End Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers with the full loan application process, from initial client documentation through to settlement and post-settlement activities. This role suits someone with hands-on mortgage processing experience who can manage end-to-end tasks while following established workflows and broker guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the full loan lifecycle from application to settlement
• Collect, review, and organise client documentation including identification, income, assets, and liabilities
• Prepare loan applications for broker review and submission
• Enter and maintain accurate client data across CRM systems, ApplyOnline (AOL), and lender platforms
• Track application progress and follow up with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and other third parties
• Assist with pre-settlement and settlement tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate digital records and compliance documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and application status
• Assist with post-settlement follow-ups and basic client retention activities

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration or loan processing within the Australian market
• Working knowledge of Australian mortgage broking processes and lender requirements
• Experience with one or more mortgage CRMs such as Infynyty, Mercury, Salestrekker, Loanapp, Podium, MyCRM, Flex, or Salesforce
• Experience using ApplyOnline (AOL) and lender portals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines with minimal supervision
