Reporting to the Associate Director, the Loan Operations Specialist ensures the smooth processing of client loan portfolios. This is a back office operational role, focused on accuracy and timely execution. 

You will:

• Maintain daily loan portfolio records by processing lifecycle events (rollovers, draws, maturities, restructurings)
• Input and process payment ensuring funds are accurately moved between lenders and borrowers.
• Review finalized loan agreements and set up operational details in the system (no credit or risk evaluation) 
• Perform second-level checks of setups and data for accuracy. 
•  Support daily operations efforts to ensure service levels are met efficiently.

You have:

• University or College business degree, ideally in Finance
• Hands on experience with Loan Administration Operations 
• Strong attention to details with ability to work accurately with complex information
• Confidence working with complex information and explaining it clearly
• Data entry, review and reporting skills with focus on precision and efficiency
