JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION : College graduate or equivalent experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 10 years experience in Credit or lending
Areas or over 10 years banking experience. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from
customers, regulatory agencies or members of business
community;
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, commissions, proportions and percentages;
Ability to define problems, collect data, and provide valid
conclusions;
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily;
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines;
Ability to comply with all the related rules and regulations.
Ability to work in a team environment with strong
analytical, research, and organizational skills.

JOB SUMMARY:
To process all loan financial information in Business Development Department. To assist the department to prepare the related credit analysis report or information. To provide supporting service to those lending offices and for other purposes regarding customers. To work with loan operations files necessary to properly maintain them as well as the compliance of those documentations. Moderate amount of individual judgment required under moderate supervision. To maintain and keep track of financial information under credit agreements. To manage assigned loan portfolios, monitoring borrowers financial condition and performance on an on-going basis. He/She should perform annual reviews of borrowers and develop new businesses for the Bank through calling on potential or existing customers and maintain a good relationship with borrowers as assigned. He/She should also looking for good deposits and any potential businesses for the Bank. He/She should fulfill the financial budget or goals of this department as assigned by Senior Management for which would increase revenues and maximum profitability to the Bank with a minimum of risk. To perform Loan Workout duty on monthly and on-going basis.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY

1. To ensure all the credit related tasks are in compliance with all the applicable rules and regulations, Head Office Policy, Credit Manual, as well as the BSA/AML/OFAC program.
2. To assist the department head to ensure all the necessary MIS reports are adequate in the daily operations.
3. To assist the department head to ensure proper credit risk controls and management in the daily operations.
4. To follow the systems security in the daily operations.
5. To ensure the adequate of the departmental policy and procedures to apply for any requirements of Head Offices policy as well as those applicable rules and regulations.
6. To maintain high-level job expertise by attending seminars, participating in professional societies, and reading pertinent publications.
