Role Overview

We are seeking Computer Science PhDs with strong background in upper-undergraduate Computer Sciences or beyond to design rigorous problems used to train and evaluate frontier AI models. You will help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your Computer Science knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Design advanced computer science problems to test AI performance (e.g., systems design, algorithms, cybersecurity). These will be conceptual, not involving coding.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to PhD-level computer science topics.

Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.

Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)

Duration of contract: 2 months (possible extension)

Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico

Selection process: short analytical challenge


Requirements:
• PhD (completed ONLY) in computer science or related field.
• Strong computer science reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required.
