The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

The Livestream Supervisor will manage all technical and operational aspects of our livestream production and studio management, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality livestreams, and efficient coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires practical technical skills in managing livestream production for multiple brand accounts, with the ability to troubleshoot real-time issues in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

As a  Production Supervisor you will take charge of 

Livestream Technical Enhancement & Supervision

Lead and oversee the technical setup and execution for all livestream sessions across brands, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and lighting on all platforms.

Monitor livestream operations in real-time and provide on-site technical support for troubleshooting or adjustments.

Enhance and standardize livestream quality, covering OBS scenes, camera angles, transitions, sound levels, and lighting management, etc during live sessions.

Work and collaborate with hosts and Social KAMs to provide seamless live experiences for brands.

Livestream Equipment & Studio Management

Find a suitable studio in Yogyakarta for Intrepid Live Commerce services

Maintain full studio readiness, ensuring space cleanliness, equipment organization, and functional setup at all times.

Manage studio inventory and equipment, product samples — ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and maintenance of good condition.

Plan and supervise equipment purchases and upgrades to meet operational requirements and market demands.

Conduct regular daily and weekly technical checks and fixes to avoid last-minute problems during live sessions.

Performance & Quality Optimization

Identify recurring technical issues and implement preventive measures to address known problems and minimize future risks for livestreams across brands.

Monitor and report on production quality, equipment utilization, and studio readiness. 

Develop and maintain SOPs and processes for livestream technical setup and equipment management.

Compare with the market’s livestream standards to suggest improvements. Create guides for best practices in production, system setup, configuration, and managing livestream troubleshooting.

Team Development & Management

Supervise, train, and guide Production Assistants to improve livestream technical quality for all brands.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to livestream production schedules and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal cross-functional and brand teams to ensure livestream production quality standards.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Strong experience in livestream production and setup - camera operation, lighting design, sound engineering, and livestreaming systems and software, etc.

Understanding of studio management, including inventory control, equipment management, and maintenance.

Experience leading small technical teams in livestream environments is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot under pressure, resolve on-site technical issues quickly, and maintain livestreaming continuity.

Familiarity with e-commerce livestream platforms.

Highly adaptable, able to work effectively in ad-hoc or fast-changing setups.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong reliability.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate cross-team efforts and adapt to changing priorities.

English skills (read - write)
