The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a passionate and creative Livestream Producer. In this role, you will lead all livestream activities, transforming content into dynamic real-time experiences. You will work closely with the Affiliate, Commercial, Creative, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure every livestream is professional, engaging, and delivers an outstanding experience to viewers. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Room Opening & Pre-livestream Setup

Open the livestream room according to the assigned schedule.

Turn on and check all pre-configured equipment:Camera / Webcam, Livestream lights, Microphone, Computer

Launch the livestream software (OBS / TikTok Live Studio / Shopee Live, etc.).

Check and ensure:

Frame layout matches the standard template

Samples are prepared and sufficient for the session

Lighting and audio are stable

Internet connection is reliable

2. Product Cart Setup & Operation

Open and check the pre-set livestream product cart.

Ensure: Correct product list, Correct pricing, vouchers, and bundles (if any)

Pin and switch products in the cart according to the livestream script or on-demand requests.

3. Host Support During Livestream

Assist with camera switching based on livestream content: Wide/overview camera, Top/close-up camera for product testing or details

Pin the correct product when the host is presenting to avoid mistakes or wrong timing.

Monitor equipment and product cart performance throughout the livestream.

Handle basic issues: Video/audio loss, Camera switching errors, Product cart errors

4. Post-livestream

End the livestream following standard procedures.

Power off and store equipment properly.

Provide a quick report of any incidents or issues to the leader/technical team.

Who we look for – the ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Film Production, Multimedia Communications, Media, Event Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).

At least 1 year of experience in livestream product carts (Shopee / TikTok / Lazada, etc.).

Proficient in livestream software and platforms such as vMix, OBS, Shopee Live, TikTok Live Studio, Lazada Live, and related production tools.

Hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting, microphones, mixers, and related equipment.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsible, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
