The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are seeking a results-driven Live Production Assistant to act as the primary liaison for client accounts, ensuring livestream solutions are delivered seamlessly, on budget, and on schedule. You will take full ownership of the production workflow to resolve escalations, hit performance KPIs, and maintain high-impact client relationships.

As a Live Production Assistant, you will take charge of:

Leading client communications as the primary point of contact while building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of all solutions while effectively managing inquiries and complex issue escalations.

Preparing account status reports and updating stakeholders on the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives.

Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and consistently achieving agreed-upon KPIs and targets.

Managing daily productivity and operational tasks, including mandatory night shifts and travel to livestream studios as scheduled.

Taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and additional duties assigned by management to drive company growth and client satisfaction.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Sales, or a related field.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in account management or social commerce.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.

Ability to produce engaging short-form videos and high-quality copy/proofreading for social commerce.

Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, including trends, music usage, and platform guidelines.

Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Proactive, honest, and service-centric with a "can-do" attitude and a strong commitment to delivering KPIs.
