Journey Home Transitional Living is seeking a Live-In Transitional Living Staff to reside on-site and provide structure, stability, and mentorship to young adults working toward independence.
This is not a clinical role. This is a mentorship and residential stability position designed to model responsible adult behavior, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, structured living environment.
Housing is provided at no cost, along with a monthly stipend.
What You’ll Do
Maintain consistent on-site presence during assigned coverage hours
Enforce house expectations and curfew
Provide mentorship and reinforce independent living skills
Support residents with appointments, transportation (when needed), and accountability
Complete minor handyman tasks and basic property upkeep
Respond to emergencies and complete incident documentation
Communicate with program staff and case workers
Help maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment
What We’re Looking For
21+ years of age
Experience in behavioral health, youth services, social services, or mentorship preferred
Strong boundaries and emotional maturity
Calm under pressure
Positive role model
Able to live in a structured residential environment
Valid driver’s license
