BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning, London based, industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are currently seeking a full-time Live In Assistant Building Manager to join our RHC and FRPO award-winning residential team.
SUMMARY
This is a full-time, live-in position that works 5 days per week (including Saturdays and Sundays) and assists with the daily operations of 520 Talbot Street. Reporting to the Building Manager, the Assistant Building Manager will have onsite support from our friendly and dedicated in-house property management, maintenance, and landscape team.

DUTIES
Complete minor maintenance repairs and electronic work order documentation
Attend to resident concerns
Clean common areas and vacant units
Empty trash cans and waste containers. Move bins for city pick up
Complete regular building and grounds checks as well as corresponding documentation
Deliver and post notices
Assist with move-ins, move-outs and unit showings
Complete on-call hours in the evenings and on weekends on a rotating schedule with the Building Manager
REQUIREMENTS
1 to 3 years of experience in residential building management, including minor maintenance and cleaning
Proficient in Microsoft Office and smart phone applications
Proficient spoken and written English
Courteous manners with the public
Knowledge of residential building management and Residential Tenancies Act in Ontario is an asset
Criminal background check will be required for the successful candidate
