Litigation Paralegal -
Location: Remote-WA/OR residents
Compensation: $27-30/hour DOE + Pod-Based Bonus
Schedule:
Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

About the Role
We’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a dynamic, client-centered environment. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team(pod) supporting an attorney and managing a portfolio of 50–65 client files.
Key Responsibilities
Support case work, negotiations, and settlements
Manage client files using a CRM system
Conduct client intakes and follow-ups via Zoom
Prepare demand packages, pleadings, and legal documents
What We’re Looking For
Washington and Oregon-based paralegals with litigation experience.
3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury
Strong client service and communication skills
Proficient with modern CRMs and legal software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment
