Responsibilities: 

Maintain attorney calendars, including court deadlines, meetings, hearings, and depositions.

Draft various legal documents such as motions, affidavits, notices, and correspondence for attorney review.

Assist with drafting responses to discovery requests and document production.

Organize trial exhibits and prepare trial binders.

Prepare physical and electronic files for hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Communicate extensively with clients, judicial clerks, and opposing counsels.

Input and maintain case information in our case management system to ensure data integrity.

Conduct general court research and monitor court dockets.

Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

Knowledge of Illinois Rules of Civil Procedure.

3-4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in formatting documents in Word.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage a caseload independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.
