We’re looking for a detail‑driven, proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and play a key role in moving cases forward. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy meaningful client interaction, and want to grow your career in litigation, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Manage attorney calendars, including hearings, depositions, meetings, and all court‑related deadlines.
Draft legal documents: motions, affidavits, notices, correspondence, and more for attorney review.
Assist with discovery, including drafting responses and organizing document production.
Prepare and organize trial materials, exhibits, and trial binders.
Set up physical and electronic files for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Communicate regularly with clients, judicial assistants, clerks, and opposing counsel.
Maintain accurate case information within our case management system.
Conduct court research and monitor docket activity.
Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
3–4 years of foreclosure litigation experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially formatting in Word.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
