We are seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex business and commercial litigation, products liability litigation, defending consumer class actions, and some construction experience. Excellent academic credentials from a top law school, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be a member of the California State Bar.
