Lithic Summer Internship Program 2026

Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

Lithic is seeking motivated, curious and adaptable students to join our inaugural Internship Program! Interns will be placed on one of several teams across the company based on business needs, interests, and team capacity. Lithic's Internship program will start on June 8th, 2026 and conclude on August 14th, 2026.

This program is designed for individuals who are excited to learn how a fast-growing fintech operates and who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Rather than specializing in a single discipline, we want interns to gain exposure to real projects, real problems, and real impact.

In keeping with Lithic’s culture and the evolving nature of our work, we’re most interested in talent, curiosity, and motivation than any one background or set of experiences. We welcome candidates from all majors and academic backgrounds. Previous experience in fintech, payments, or technology is a plus but not required. Dependent on performance, this internship may have the opportunity to convert into a full-time offer upon completion of the internship program.

What You’ll Do and Learn

Responsibilities will vary by team, but may include:

• Support day-to-day projects within your assigned team (e.g., Engineering, Product, Business Operations, Marketing, or other functions)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and stakeholders across Lithic

• Assist with process improvements, internal tooling, or operational workflows

• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to better understand how Lithic builds and scales products

• Take ownership of clearly scoped projects and driving them to completion with guidance from your mentor and team

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently completed a undergraduate, graduate, or bootcamp program within the past 2 years

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

• Clear and thoughtful communicator, written and verbal

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn how things work

• Ability to take initiative while knowing when to ask for guidance

Location

Interns are expected to work from Lithic’s SoHo office Monday to Friday. We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to growth.
