Job Description
About the Role
We are building a high growth consumer brand, and we are looking for the CEO's right hand on finance and operations, the person who keeps the business running with control, visibility, and speed across every non-commercial dimension: finance, logistics, customer service, legal coordination, and admin. Your mission is to support the company's financial health and operational execution as we scale, so the founding team can stay laser-focused on product and growth. This is a hands on, high ownership role that spans financial analysis, day to day operations, light legal coordination, and systems management. You won't just track numbers, you'll help make the decisions behind them. Think of it as an operating analyst seat with a direct line to the CEO and real exposure to every part of building a consumer brand from the ground up. You'll collaborate daily with the VP of Growth and the VP of Brand & Partnerships, in a small, high caliber team with high ownership and low bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the company's financial model (D2C + B2B, Spain + US), track cash flow, runway, margins, and unit economics, and prepare monthly reporting packages for the CEO and Board.
• Coordinate the monthly close across both entities (Spain and US), reconcile accounts, track intercompany flows, and liaise with external accountants to ensure fiscal compliance in both jurisdictions.
• Monitor bank balances and cash positions across multiple platforms (Santander, Revolut Business, Mercury), flag liquidity risks, and support the CEO in managing working capital and financing relationships (ENISA, Shopify Capital, revolving credit, etc.).
• Manage the 3PL relationship by tracking SLAs, lead times, rates, and delivery performance, and coordinate with the manufacturer on orders, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Oversee customer support across email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, track service KPIs, resolve escalations, and translate recurring customer pain points into product and ops improvements.
• Serve as the point of contact with external law firms in Spain and the US, track the trademark process (EU, UK, MX, CO), maintain contract files, and keep the cap table and ESOP records organized.
• Own the company's tool stack, keep systems running smoothly, onboard new tools as needed, and maintain clean, organized data and documentation across the business.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, operations, consulting, or a similar analytical role, ideally with some exposure to startups, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable in spreadsheets, able to build and maintain financial models, and skilled at turning data into clear recommendations.
• Operationally scrappy, the kind of person who spots a problem and fixes it before being asked, equally comfortable reconciling an account and chasing down a delayed shipment.
• AI-forward mindset, using AI daily as a core part of how you work to move faster, think more clearly, and multiply your output.
• Organized and detail-oriented, bringing structure to chaos through processes, trackers, and documentation, and following through on every loose end.
• Comfortable working across multiple functions simultaneously and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Native-level Spanish required. Fluent English required (professional working level with US-based partners, accountants, and investors).
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with multi-entity setups (Spain + US).
• Familiarity with early-stage financing instruments (ENISA, venture debt, Shopify Capital).
• Prior experience at a DTC or consumer brand.
