About the Role:
As a Listing Agent, you'll play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining regular contact with buyers, evaluating properties for sale, and cultivating strong client relationships. This role provides excellent potential for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities Include:

Proactive acquisition of properties and clients
Finding properties to sell, by flyers, knocking doors, social connections
Evaluating properties
Listing properties including all necessary documents

About you

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.

Requirements:

Residence in Nerja or the surrounding areas with good local knowledge
Proficiency in additional languages such as German or Dutch is highly desirable
Fluency in Swedish, English and Spanish
Valid driver's license
