Role Summary:
The Liquidity Dealer plays a critical role in managing short-term investment and liquidity strategies across portfolios. This position ensures the timely execution of money market, time deposit, and feeder fund transactions, while supporting broader investment activities across asset classes. The role requires close coordination with portfolio managers, dealers, and operations teams to maintain optimal liquidity and support seamless trade execution and settlement.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
Execute Liquidity Transactions: Efficiently execute money market, time deposit, and feeder fund transactions under the direction and oversight of senior dealers and portfolio managers.
Manage Portfolio Cash Flows: Monitor and manage portfolio liquidity, ensuring timely disposition of cash flows and handling subscriptions/redemptions to/from external funds.
Support Investment Execution: Assist dealers and portfolio managers in executing trades across equities, fixed income, and fund investments, contributing to overall portfolio performance.
What We’re Looking for in a Successful Candidate:
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in asset management or a related financial services industry, with exposure to liquidity management and trade execution. A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a strong advantage.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of money market instruments, fund operations, and portfolio liquidity dynamics. Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across investment, operations, and support teams.
