As a Linux Support Engineer, you play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their embedded Linux journey. You’re on the front lines of the customer experience, combining a proactivec, service-minded attitude with deep Linux expertise. You help customers navigate the fascinating intersection of hardware, software, and AI - where the next generation of AI technologies is taking shape.

Your Mission

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

• Act as the primary interface between customers and AI-Blox engineers
• Track, investigate, and resolve customer support requests
• Deep-dive into the Linux software ecosystem to create demos and solutions tailored to customer use cases
• Work with embedded Linux distributions (OpenEmbedded) to strengthen and extend the AI-Blox software stack
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to improve testing, automation, and overall reliability

Requirements:
🧩 What makes you a great fit:

• 2+ years of experience in embedded Linux development
• Strong expertise in the Linux software ecosystem
• A highly organized, self-driven, and accountable mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with OpenEmbedded
• Bonus: experience with NVIDIA Jetson/JetPack and/or AI/ML workflows
