You are a performance-driven Linux Engineer who bridges the gap between hardware architecture and scalable software environments. With deep expertise in SAN fabrics and virtualization, you pride yourself on building infrastructure that is both bulletproof and flexible. Qualifications & Technical Requirements
You are a Full-Stack HPC Infrastructure Expert with the following technical profile:
• Linux & Performance Engineering: Expert-level Linux administration with a deep understanding of the kernel and system tuning (I/O wait, memory leaks) to optimize high-throughput R&D workloads.
• Virtualization & GPU Clusters: Advanced experience managing Proxmox VE, KVM/QEMU, or VMware environments, including NVIDIA GPU resource passthrough and CUDA driver management.
• Advanced Storage Architecture: Deep expertise in SAN fabrics (Fibre Channel/iSCSI) and storage platforms like Ceph, ZFS, and S3, with a focus on data integrity and ARC tuning.
• High-Speed Networking: Practical knowledge of RDMA and RoCE to accelerate storage performance (Ceph/NFS) within an HPC context.
• Observability: Proficiency in Zabbix and Prometheus/Grafana stacks to monitor and maintain the health of complex, large-scale systems.

We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 3 hours and is divided into three stages:
• Technical Interview [45 min.]: An interactive session with our technical team where we’ll explore your problem-solving approach, technical knowledge to the role
• Independent Task [180 min.]: You will work individually on a practical assignment designed to reflect real-world challenges.
• Evaluation & Feedback [30 min.]: We'll review your solution together with the team and discuss your approach in more detail.
🎯 Final Stage (~30 min.)
