The LinkedIn Brand & Lead Growth Specialist will work directly with the CEO to amplify Homey’s brand identity and execute outbound growth strategies. This is a dedicated role (not an agency service) focused on turning LinkedIn into a primary lead generation engine for our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and schedule high-impact posts each week focused on UK property trends and conveyancing expertise.
• Execute outbound prospecting to target UK Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.
• Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn DMs, nurture warm leads, and book meetings on his behalf.
• Produce engaging platform-optimized content, including graphics and short-form copy.
• Develop "Life at Homey" content to showcase our Sri Lanka office culture and attract top talent.
• Report on monthly reach, engagement, and the quality of leads generated.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation.
• Ability to write in a professional British-English tone for a UK-based audience.
• Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and B2B engagement tactics.
• Experience in outbound "social selling" and managing professional DMs/inboxes.
• Ability to translate complex property/legal topics into easy-to-digest content.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express).
