As a Flatwork Feeder, you’ll be part of a fast-moving production team that ensures our linens are prepared and finished to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

Pull, lift, and prepare linens for ironing

Straighten, align, and smooth items to prevent creases

Inspect linens for defects before feeding

Stage items to maintain continuous workflow

Assist with folding and stacking finished products when needed

Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas

Report mechanical issues promptly to Supervisor

Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 22 lbs occasionally

Comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting

Team-player mindset with strong attention to detail

Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
