• Report to Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) and/or Lead Line Therapist
• Provide direct services to Skill Sprout clients by implementing all programs developed and/or approved by BCBA’s. Programs include programs for increase of skills in addition to any Behavior Intervention Program.
• Programs implemented based on the Principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collect data during each session. If assigned to graph the data, it will be updated weekly.
• Prepare materials for programs based on specifications given by BCBA and/or Lead Line Therapist.
• Train other line therapist staff as directed by Skill Sprout Consultants.
• Attend all scheduled team meetings.
• Complete all mandatory trainings, including in the home trainings and online trainings.
• Participate in quarterly evaluations and feedback from supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by consultants or administrative staff.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other Skill Sprout Staff, clients and families.
• Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each assigned family. Report absences according to policy.
• Appropriately documenting all time and services on progress note. Progress notes are to be completed at the end of each session while in the home.
• Collaborate with all team members associated with clients.
• Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors.
• Must have internet access.
• Trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with children.
• A vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and grow with Skill Sprout.
