Line Leader (Production)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production line operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production outputs and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
• Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or on weekends if required.
