Line Leader

We are seeking an Advanced Packhouse Operative with prior experience in a similar role to play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring Packhouse machinery.

Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.

Completion of paperwork.

Supporting colleagues with daily tasks.

Coaching and training team members.

Following health & safety and food hygiene procedures.

Packing and weighing products with accuracy and efficiency.

Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Experience and skills required:

Previous experience in a Packhouse or food production environment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 6:00am – finish (Approx. 4pm)

Rotational Saturdays: 6:00am – finish (Approx. 11am)

Flexibility required based on business need
