What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.

Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and storage procedures.

Ensure consistency and quality of dishes before they leave the kitchen.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy shifts.

Support a collaborative, positive, and high-energy kitchen culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.

Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices.

Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
