Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: 4x10s | Pay: $28–$35/hour | Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview

Join a leading urgent care team in Miramar, Florida, as a Limited X-Ray Technologist (BXMO) / Medical Assistant. This dual-role position offers variety, patient interaction, and hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic exams including extremities, chest, and spine under BXMO/LMRT license.

• Assist with rooming patients, taking vitals, performing point-of-care testing, and collecting lab specimens.

• Support providers during exams and minor procedures.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR.

• Ensure a safe, efficient workflow while providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.

• Active Florida LMRT or BXMO license.

• Ability to perform both radiographic and clinical support duties.

• Current BLS certification (or obtained upon hire).

Preferred

• Prior experience in urgent care, outpatient clinic, or physician practice settings.

• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient satisfaction.
