Lighting Artist

As a Lighter, you will be responsible for the lighting and rendering of elements needed to complete high-end photorealistic live action CG characters and environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design lighting for complex scenes; built from various upstream departments such as Layout, Animation and FX.
• Work together with Lighting Leads and Compositors to ensure that all elements delivered work as needed to achieve the desired look

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a field of Digital Arts or equivalent experience
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in visual effects
• Proficiency with 3ds Max and VRay or Houdini preferred, experience with Maya/ VRay, Arnold, or other software considered
• Clear understanding of color space, image-based lighting, shading, scene set up and advanced rendering methodologies
• Able to multitask and complete tasks within production schedules and tight deadlines in an organized manner
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and responds well to direction and guidance from leads and supervisors

담당업무:
• 씬을 위한 라이팅을 작업하고 디자인합니다. 어셋을 디벨롭하고, 애니메이션, 시뮬레이션 및 이펙트에 대한 작업 진행
• 슈퍼바이저 및 컴포지터와 협력하여 전달된 모든 요소가 필요에 따라 원하는 룩을 낼 수 있게 구현합니다.

자격요건:
• 디지털 예술 분야의 학사 학위 또는 이와 동등한 경험이 있으신 분
• 영화의 시각 효과 업계에서의 최소 3년의 경험이 있으신 분
• 3ds Max 및 VRay에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분 선호, Maya -> VRay, Arnold 또는 기타 소프트웨어에 대한 경험이 있으신 분
• color space, 이미지 기반 라이팅, shading 그리고 랜더에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분
• 멀티태스킹 및 프로덕션 스케줄 기한에 대한 이해도가 있고, 체계적으로 작업 완료가 가능하신 분
• 다양한 팀과의 협업 환경에서 함께 성장하고, 슈퍼바이저의 디렉팅에 잘 대응하는 팀 플레이어
