Job Description

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects within the Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct regular audits of business processes, financial records, and operational activities
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and auditing

• BE/B.Tech or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or auditing, preferably in the light commercial or enterprise sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• In-depth knowledge of auditing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of light commercial and enterprise business operations
• Expertise in project management methodologies and auditing processes
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
