Role Overview:

Are you passionate about food and dedicated to making dining experiences extraordinary? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! As a Dining Reservations Concierge at Ten Group, you will be the culinary architect for our members, curating everything from intimate dinners at exclusive chef’s tables to securing reservations at world-renowned Michelin-star establishments.

Your role is not just about booking tables; it’s about crafting unforgettable dining experiences. You’ll work closely with our extensive network of prestigious restaurants, keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest dining trends and hidden gems in the culinary world. Whether it’s a romantic date night or a lavish celebration, you’ll ensure our members enjoy the best that gastronomy has to offer, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage reservation requests for both domestic and international dining, ensuring each request is handled with precision and flair.
• Engage with members via phone and email, providing personalized suggestions tailored to their tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.
• Stay informed about current dining trends and seasonal offerings to provide members with the best recommendations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure every member's needs are met comprehensively.
• Represent Ten at industry events and gatherings, strengthening our relationships and expanding our networks in the culinary scene.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge services, with exceptional knowledge of high-demand restaurants—particularly in the vibrant NYC dining scene.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple reservations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach, with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport with members and suppliers alike.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation platforms such as OpenTable.
• A thirst for knowledge about the culinary landscape, with an eagerness to explore new dining experiences.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism.

Work Environment:

This role is based either in our bustling Las Vegas or vibrant New York offices, where you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering excellence.
