Technologies:
MUST have recent experience with Liferay 6.1 (6.0 is OK): 2yrs+
Additional experience with earlier versions of Liferay or another portal platform: 3yrs+
Java/J2EE: 7yrs+
Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Remoting: 5yrs+
HTML/CSS/JavaScript: 7yrs+
XML: 7yrs+
Web Services (SOAP and REST): 3yrs+
Velocity: 1yr+
jQuery: 1yr+
SQL: 5yrs+ (Oracle a big plus)
Hibernate/MyBatis/iBatis: 5yrs+
Linux: 1yrs+ (Red Hat preferred)
Experience with SiteMinder is a plus

Tools:
Eclipse/MyEclipse
Liferay IDE plugin for Eclipse
Spring IDE plugin for Eclipse
MUST have ANT (Maven is a plus)
JUnit and Spring Mock
Subversion (SVN)
WinSCP/Putty or similar tools

Skills:
Good Understanding of object oriented programing
Good understanding of data structures
Good understanding of concurrency
Good understanding of software engineering practices including version control, change management, unit testing, and documentation
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to follow technical design
Ability to work with minimal supervision
