Pay range: $15.75 – $20.25 per hour, commensurate with experience and relevant skills in comparable roles.

What You’ll Do

• Keep a watchful eye over our therapy pool, lap pool, and spa—ensuring everyone stays safe and supported.

• Educate swimmers on safety and pool rules, taking action to prevent accidents.

• Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies using verified lifesaving skills (CPR, first aid, and rescue techniques).

• Monitor pool conditions, maintain accurate safety and chemical records, and ensure equipment is ready for use.

• Assist with swim lessons and safety education for new swimmers.

Hours of Operation & Scheduling

Our hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Shifts will fall within these windows and may include opening or closing shifts, depending on scheduling needs.

Our current greatest need is coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

We are open to flexibility for the right candidate and welcome applicants who can discuss availability within these hours.

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma required (some college preferred).

• Certifications: Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification; CPR/First Aid/AED required.

• Skills: Strong communication skills with a calm, confident presence.

• Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and service excellence.
